Joint from Lift Hill to First Drop

The initial vertical angle is that of the lift hill, $30$ degrees. The final vertical angle needs to be specified, and will be the angle of the first drop. The radius of curvature over the crest of the hill also needs to be determined, as do the clothoid angles.
